There's plenty of variation, but in the Northeast of Brazil, which is reputed to have the lowest density of attractive ladies in Brazil, I found about 6x the number of 18-40ish women on the street to be more attractive than what we'd see in Boston. My wife was always kind enough to point them out, too, especially the ones who weren't actually women at all, which made her cackle like a damn hyena.
