After two weeks in the weather challenged NorthEast, I needed that. Christ on a crutch, the northeaster was worse than Sandy. I did find two new drinks; The Stumbling Mainer - Moxie and Jagermeister and the Burnt Trailer - Moxie and Coffee Brandy. Good freaking luck with the rest of the winter. Warm thoughts your way.
I am Paul B, and I spend most of my life at sea. Ships, Science, commercial fishing, marine biology and (mostly) true stories of life among the best and the worst people in the world, the United States Merchant Marines. You'll find it here, maybe. You'll definately find rants, raves and discussion on the process of climbing the hawsepipe into an officer's job on a merchant ship.

Burnt Trailer is the best drink name ever for something made with Moxie. I'm pretty sure Moxie is made from Karo syrup and powdered earwigs.
The Nor'easter hit all the places Sandy didn't. Seems like the weather is getting saucy around here, like when I was a kid.
