That's twice

 Red cabbage is officially outlawed here at HAWSEPIPER's Afloat Global HQ/ torture chamber. This marks the SECOND time someone farted and set off the carbon monoxide detector.

    I do confined space work. Farts setting off the 4 head monitors are pretty common in small tight spaces.
